After several months of hard work we’re delighted to announce the IAB AMC has launched its first ever advertiser survey.
The objective of this survey is to obtain key information from Advertisers within the affiliate marketing sector about how much they value affiliate marketing, the size of the channel and how it sits within the wider online marketing mix.
This is information that we felt has been missing and that could be used to inform the sector and wider online channels about Client perceptions of the channel.
The survey only takes a maximum of five minutes to complete so we kindly ask that as many advertisers do this as possible and all agencies, affiliates and networks promote this to their client base.
Thank you or your time and support and we look forward to releasing the results at this year’s a4uexpo in London next month (see banner at the top of the page for a 10% discount code).
The survey will therefore only be open for two weeks so please complete before 10th October. It is completely anonymous.
With network and agency support this is likely to be the biggest ever advertiser survey conducted in the UK.

In addition, we are looking for a small number of Advertisers to spend ten minutes talking face to face with a member of the IAB AMC at this year’s a4uexpo. This will just be a chance for us to ask some more qualitative questions to augment the survey. If you’d be happy to do this, please email chris@iabuk.net to signal your intent.
Special thanks to the research council led by Matt Bailey for coordinating this and Nick Caufield at buy.at for pulling the survey together.
